Near-Mage von Stuck In Attic ist das neuste Spiel von den Entwickler von Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure. Das Spiel spielt in derselben Welt, dem sogenannten Kittehverse, und führt euch abermals nach Transsilvanien. Dieses Mal schlüpft ihr in die Rolle von Illy Vraja, die am Transsilvanischen Institut für Magie aufgenommen wird, wo sie Zauber lernt und Tränke braut.
Das Gameplay verspricht ein narratives Adventure mit einem Hauch von RPG-Elementen und natürlich dürfen altbekannte Figuren aus dem ersten Spiel nicht fehlen! Besucht das Institut, die reale Stadt Sighișoara und die mythische Stadt Rakus, und wählt verschiedene Ansätze, um den unterschiedlichsten Menschen und Kreaturen zu helfen.
Aktuell findet eine Kickstarter-Kampagne statt, um die Entwicklung zu finanzieren. Der Zielbetrag wurde schon innerhalb der ersten 24 Stunden übertroffen, aber es warten noch tolle Stretch Goals darauf, freigeschaltet zu werden. Unter anderem auch für die deutsche Lokalisierung. Near-Mage by Stuck In Attic is the latest game from the developers of Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure. The game is set in the same world, the so-called Kittehverse, and once again takes you to Transylvania. This time you take on the role of Illy Vraja, who is admitted to the Transylvanian Institute of Magick, where she learns spells and brews potions.
The gameplay promises to be a narrative adventure with a touch of RPG elements, and of course, some familiar characters from the first game will be featured as well! Currently, a Kickstarter campaign is taking place to fund the development.
